My Approach

I meet you where you are.  Maybe you live for fried food and caffeine.  Maybe you’re a vegetarian who subsists on pizza.  Maybe you feel like you eat healthy, but are sluggish.

Wherever you are is fine and that’s where we’ll begin.  And while I eat a plant-based diet, I don’t expect that you have to do the same.  I want to share with you the incredible benefits that come from adding plant-based foods into your diet.  Then you decide what makes you feel best.

I help clients incorporate plant-based foods into their diets in a way that is delicious and satisfying so there is no sense of deprivation or denial — and no need to count calories or measure portion sizes.

I will give you ongoing support as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your health coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
