Tessa provided terrific guidance before, during and after the cleanse. I was nervous about doing a cleanse but she made sure that I was educated about what we were eating and I never felt hungry throughout – which I was really happy about. Her knowledge about nutrition put me at ease and in the end I felt great after doing a 7 day cleanse – more energy, lost some weight and was pleased that I could stick with it! I highly recommend doing one with Tessa’s help!
Tessa Hale changed my entire approach to food and my health. I participated in a cleanse created by Revolution Greens and was amazed at how strong and energized I felt throughout the process. I had done other cleanses before where I was left feeling hungry and unsatisfied, but the program devised by Revolution Greens is full of hearty, satisfying foods. The recipes were easy to follow and the meals were tasty, which must explain why I’ve made them again even when not on the cleanse.
After working with Tessa, I am preparing more home-cooked meals, especially vegetarian meals. I feel great when I consistently eat vegetables and whole grains, and have lots of energy. Tessa was friendly, knowledgeable, accessible, and easy to understand. The sessions where I learned more about nutrition and how to cook with meat alternatives, such as tempeh and seitan, were especially helpful.
